Pastors and church leaders are faced with a new cultural reality. They must understand how to navigate the challenging mandate of ensuring the safety of their flock, while shepherding the life-changing ministry of the Gospel.
Getting the security response wrong could threaten the ministry model you have come to rely upon. Getting it right provides an opportunity to amplify the impact of your church, while creating a worry-free worship environment.
What you will take away:
1.) A solid, pastoral and ministry-based foundation for safety and security.
2.) A basic understanding of the key components for a security ministry, to include:
o How to start and train a team.
o How to leverage technology to make your team stronger.
o Avoiding the pitfalls and traps.
o Maturing the security ministry.
3.) A chance to ask highly trained church security professionals how to make this work at your own church.
This unique opportunity is designed specifically for Pastors and Church Leaders.
Join our presenters Sept. 5, 2PM ET | 11:00 AM PT in this discussion as we equip churches to turn this cultural heartbreak into an opportunity to magnify Christ through the loving and healing ministry of safety and security.
