JVC Architects, a Las Vegas-based architecture firm specializing in community design, announces it is designing an addition to St. Andrew's Lutheran Church at 8901 Del Webb Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada.
The multi-phase project will include the addition of a 5,920-square-foot multi-purpose room and renovation of the existing facility to incorporate office space and additional meeting rooms. JVC designed the original 9,000-square-foot building in 1996.
The general contractor has yet to be named. The church is in the process of interviewing construction managers as an owner's representative during the construction phase. Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2009 and JVC's Robert Agapay is serving as project manager.
