Construction Under Way on Mission Lutheran Church in Southern California
San Clemente, California-based Consolidated Contracting Services Inc. reports the ongoing construction of two new buildings totaling 17,300 square feet on the existing Mission Lutheran Church campus in Laguna Niguel, California. Martinez Kuch Architects of Irvine, California, is the project architect.
Consolidated Contracting provided pre-construction services for the project and oversaw demolition of the existing buildings. The firm is now delivering ground-up construction of a single-story building that will house a fellowship hall, along with a two-story structure for church administrative offices. Both buildings are constructed of masonry with steel framing. Completion is slated for September 2008.
