Boxlight Announces Lamps 4 Life Program

Boxlight announces a new lamp warranty exchange program, Lamps 4 Life. The new Lamps 4 Life warranty program is designed to eliminate the need to purchase new lamps each time a replacement is needed for any new Boxlight Seattle Series, Interactive, or MP Series projector. A one-time membership is promised to guarantee a lifetime of lamp exchanges for Boxlight customers.

The Lamps 4 Life program was developed to guarantee that Boxlight customers always have access to replacement projector lamps. A one-time membership fee enrolls customers into the Lamps 4 Life program to replace lamps on an exchange. The Lamps 4 Life program is $99 for education and government customers and $299 for retail customers.

“We are very excited to announce the Lamps 4 Life warranty program to our customers. Lamps have traditionally been costly to replace – nearly as much as a new projector. With this program, a one-time fee will guarantee a lifetime of replacement lamps,” says Hank Nance, Boxlight’s president. “We strive to make Boxlight projector ownership trouble-free and we trust that this program will make it easy for our customers. The program is affordable, simple to follow, and most importantly will make ownership easy.”

Boxlight will require the projector to be sent to its Belfair, Washington, service center upon the replacement of two expired lamps, within the Lamps 4 Life program. The unit will be cleaned free-of-charge and components inspected to ensure premature failures are not a result of another defective component.
