Technical Volunteers Needed for Willow Conference in Germany

"Jesus told us to go into all the world and make disciples… Over the last number of years that’s just what we’ve been doing… technically and spiritually," says Marty O'Connor, technical director for Willow's International Conferences.

What follows is a letter from Mary O'Connor, technical director for the Willow Creek Association's International Conferences:

Guten Tag, Germany Alumni,

God has opened the door for us to serve with our German friends again in May 2011! The venue will be in Düsseldorf, Germany. For some of you... remember our first one back in '04? Did God show up big time or what? Has He not been so faithful to us over the years? Remember these pictures and God's favor?

This event will be a Youth Kongress with a concert on Saturday night. One of the most exciting pieces of this event for me will be doing our best to use as many of our German friends as possible in lead roles. It's time... our German friends have been equipped and need to be released to make a difference in their land... even to a greater degree.

Jesus told us to go into all the world and make disciples... Over the last number of years that's just what we've been doing... technically and spiritually. That's cool... but how much have we learned from them?! You know... our lives will never be the same. We have been touch and have meet Jesus in new and fresh ways by serving and being served by our German brothers and sisters.

I know this is a little early to contact you and I don't have much information at this time... and it will probably CHANGE... but I thought I'd plant the seed and have you start praying about joining us... to reach the nations. We'll need a full team as in the past. Is there someone you've been thinking about who would love to serve with us?

Keith Cote is our Producer
