The Money Shot from Super Bowl 44

Drew Brees holds his one-year-old son Baylen aloft after beating the Indianapolis Colts 31-17 in Super Bowl 44, February 7, 2010. In his post-game comments, Bree’s said “God is great” and praised him for the birth of his son and a Super Bowl championship all in one year.

Anyone who saw the post-game show from Super Bowl 44 had to have been moved by the shots of Drew Brees' holding his one-year old son Baylen. The elder Brees was visibly emotional as he shared the pinnacle of his young career with the pinnacle of his personal life: the winning of a Super Bowl with his infant son, his first-born child.
